Huawei has a massive launch event on April 20 in China, where it will introduce its new foldable, the HUAWEI Pura X Max, along with the Pura 90 Series. Now, the company teased the HUAWEI Watch Ultimate Design Diamond Edition or the HUAWEI Watch Ultimate Design Extraordinary Master Diamond Edition.
HUAWEI Watch Ultimate Design Diamond Edition
The HUAWEI Watch Ultimate Design Diamond Edition follows the Royal Edition of the Watch Ultimate Design, which was introduced in China last November. The Royal Edition was later on introduced in Europe in January 2026.
The Diamond Edition has a strong emphasis on an elegant design by using diamond elements on its dial, strap, and case.
Additionally, diamonds seem to be placed at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock markers. The case also has a diamond-cut pattern that houses a pill-shaped button, rather than a digital crown used in the previous Royal Edition.
Huawei hasn’t quite revealed the specs of the HUAWEI Watch Ultimate Design Diamond Edition, but it is expected to share many of the features of the Royal Edition. This includes:
- 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display
- eSIM support
- AI-based noise reduction for clearer voice calls
- Gesture control
- HUAWEI Health Glance feature
- GPS navigation
- Onboard music storage
- Rated for dives up to 150 meters
- Sonar-based communication feature
The Royal Edition was priced in China at CNY 24,999 (around PHP 219,700) and EUR 3,299 (around PHP 232,800) in Europe.
The price for the HUAWEI Watch Ultimate Design Diamond Edition will surely be announced during its launch on April 20, but it is expected to be around the price range of the Royal Edition. As for a local launch, we highly doubt it.
