Redmi confirmed that the Redmi K100 will debut in China on October 27. In addition, the company has revealed some of the specs of the upcoming device.
Redmi K100 Details Confirmed
The Redmi K100 is confirmed to feature a 6.83-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate and is said to have 165fps in more than 40 games.

The panel will also support a 480Hz multi-finger touch response and a 3500Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate. Other features include 3500 nits peak brightness and Xiaomi Green Mountain Eye Protection 4.0 for eye-care features.

The K100 will also have a dual-chip setup with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a D2 display chip. This is said to support hardware-level image upscaling and frame interpolation in compatible games.

Unsurprisingly, the device will run on HyperOS 4. Xiaomi claims that the software can allocate resources better by calculating system load and preloading memory to help apps run when needed.
The device itself will have at least a Flame Green colorway, a dual camera system, and speakers powered by Bose.

The other members of the Redmi K100 series were introduced globally as the POCO F9 Pro and F9 Ultra. It’s uncertain if the Redmi K100 will be introduced in the global market as the POCO F9, but we’d love to see the base variant complete the POCO F9 series.
We’ll learn more about its details later this month during its launch event in China.
