Apple has officially added the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max to its Self Service Repair Store, letting users buy official replacement components. The expansion also covers the latest Mac computers, including the M5 Max and M5 Ultra Mac Studio, as well as the M6 and M5 Pro Mac mini.

Apple Opens Self-Service Repair

The flagship model’s do-it-yourself repairers can now order a wide array of parts, such as displays, batteries, cameras, back glass, and logic boards. Apple also supplies all the necessary tools for these procedures, which can be purchased separately or rented as a complete tool kit for USD 49 over seven days.

Despite the new variable aperture system, the iPhone 18 Pro series replacement camera is priced at USD 249, matching last year’s iPhone 17 Pro, and drops to USD 189.24 if you return the original part for trade-in credit. Display replacements cost USD 329 for the iPhone 18 Pro and USD 379 for the Pro Max. A new battery for either model costs USD 129, but a generous return credit brings the effective price down to just USD 67.08. Notably, the iPhone 18 Pro Max battery is currently listed as “Coming Soon.”

Available for Mac Users Too

Mac users are also benefiting from the store update. Replacement parts for the Mac Studio range from SSD modules to Thunderbolt ports, while the Mac mini parts focus on internal components like fans, logic boards, and power supplies.
