A recent leak from tipster Digital Chat Station has shed light on the specifications of the upcoming iQOO 15 Mini. While the standard iQOO 15 is slated for an October release, the compact Mini and an Ultra variant are rumored to debut in early 2026.
iQOO 15 Mini Leak
According to the report, the 15 Mini will sport a 6.31-inch flat display. The company is currently evaluating two powerful chipsets for the device – the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 or the forthcoming Dimensity 9500+. A previous leak hinted at a massive 7,000mAh battery for the small form-factor phone.
The Dimensity 9500 is set to be unveiled next month, with a “Plus” variant expected in the first half of 2026. The iQOO 15 Mini is poised to be a direct competitor to the OnePlus 15T. The report also notes that iQOO has put a compact tablet project on hold. It remains uncertain if the iQOO 15 Mini will be released in markets outside of China.
