Capcom’s sci-fi action-adventure PRAGMATA took both Game of the Year 2026 and Best Action Game at the Thailand Game Awards 2026, in the ceremony’s “The Best in the Gaming Industry” category. The awards were handed out on the Main Stage at gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026, held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok on November 1.
Two Awards
The Thailand Game Awards are decided by votes from players across the country alongside a jury drawn from Thai gaming media, and they run across two divisions: “Outstanding Products for Games” and “The Best in the Gaming Industry”. Both of PRAGMATA’s wins came in the second, presented on the Main Stage during the three-day show, which organisers say drew more than 219,000 visitors.
What PRAGMATA is
PRAGMATA is Capcom’s newest IP, a single-player sci-fi action-adventure set on the Moon in the near future. The story follows two characters trying to escape a lunar station overrun by hostile robots: Hugh, a spacefarer, and Diana, an android.
Players control both, using each character’s distinct skills as the pair hack, shoot, and work through obstacles in search of a way back to Earth. The game is out now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch 2, and through Nvidia GeForce NOW, and Capcom reports that it has maintained momentum among regional players, media partners, and the broader gaming community since launch.
Earlier this year, Nvidia announced a PRAGMATA bundle alongside its DLSS 4.5 update, which gave desktop players a packaged route into the game.
