JSAUX GAMING has released a duo of Steam Machine Faceplates, giving owners a third-party way to customize the system. Both JSAUX faceplates for Steam Machine are magnetic replacement panels that swap in for the front panel.
Instead of a fixed exterior, the front of Steam Machine becomes a display for information, personal images and game artwork. The E-Ink model pairs clear information with detailed monochrome imagery, while the Pixel Matrix model shows full-color visuals and animation.
Steam Machine is already listed in the Philippines, with GameXtreme posting local pricing earlier this year. A JSAUX Steam Machine faceplate replaces the fixed exterior panel with a magnetic one that carries its own screen, so owners can keep information, personal photos, or game artwork on the front of the system.

JSAUX E-Ink Faceplate
The 5.83-inch E-Ink Faceplate has a 640 x 480 monochrome display, Bluetooth connectivity and a built-in 500mAh battery.
The JSAUX E-INK APP has eight display modes: Time, Weather, Calendar, Performance, Playtime, Progress, Digital Frame and AI Agent Status. Users can pick the information you want on screen, or use Digital Frame for static content such as game artwork, pixel art, personal photos and retro-inspired designs.
AI Agent Status shows what supported AI applications running on Steam Machine are doing and how far along they are.
JSAUX Pixel Matrix Faceplate
The 7-inch Pixel Matrix Faceplate has a full-color RGB display with a 64 x 54-pixel matrix. It supports static images, GIFs and real-time content updates.
Using the JSAUX PIXEL APP, users can switch between eight modes: Dashboard, Hardware, Weather, Clock, Playtime, Countdown, Chronograph and Custom. A slim, flat USB-C cable with a right-angle connector follows the profile of the Steam Machine.
Companion apps and setup
JSAUX Steam Machine faceplates are controlled through their companion apps. The Steam Machine Faceplate App Installation Guide has separate setup instructions for the E-Ink and Pixel Matrix models.
JSAUX GAMING also plans to offer the companion software through Steam, which would make installing and updating easier.
