Xiaomi has revealed on its official Weibo that it will introduce the Xiaomi 14 series in China on October 26.

The announcement poster reveals the metallic side of the device with a little tease of the camera module at the back. The camera module looks to have a more square or rectangular design, a bit more akin to the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro rather than the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Albeit, the sides of the camera module have a texture rather than the smooth edges of the predecessors.
Prior to the official announcement of the launch event, the company revealed that its next-generation flagship series will feature Leica Summilux lenses.
The Xiaomi 14 series is expected to be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset which will be introduced at the Snapdragon Summit tomorrow. Additionally, Xiaomi has confirmed that the new series will be the first devices that will run on the new HyperOS.
The latest series is believed to be comprised of the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro. However, not much is known about their specs as of writing this.
The new flagship Xiaomi series is speculated to be introduced globally early next year.
