Lazada is set to hold its first ever mid-year sale event on Friday, July 12, 2019 across six markets spanning the SEA region for 24 hours from 12:00MN to 11:59PM, giving consumers a wide range of product deals from multiple brands.
The one-day sale’s theme “Millions of deals your heart desires,” pays tribute to the eCommerce platform’s refreshed brand idea named “Go Where Your Heart Beats,” – providing shoppers with a wide selection of products that impact their lives and enable them to pursue what their heart desires.
To encourage more shoppers, Lazada is offering attractive benefits such as free shipping, as well as millions of vouchers to be given away throughout the day.
To create more engagement with its customers, the brand has also introduced its latest livestreaming feature, a ‘live’ in-app gameshow called GUESS IT.

Play ‘Guess It’ to get special offers and win prizes
Guess It is an interactive livestreamed program that can be accessed using the Lazada mobile app. To win, customers will have to guess the price of the featured item based on clues given by the host. Each session features six products. To win prizes in the form of Lazada wallet credits, viewers simply need to input their guesses before the time runs out.
Viewers are also highly encouraged to share the game and ask their friends to join – the more viewers there are the bigger the prize pot gets! Catch the show in the following time slots: 12NN, 1PM, 6PM, 7PM, 8PM, and 9PM everyday including weekends

Lazada is also introducing a new leaderboard for LazGames to track each participant’s cumulative scores. Brands will also be able to customize LazGames with their own logo and products.
