Belkin has been around for several years in the Philippines now. I always find it as a go-to brand for accessories before other brands came about since 2014. They’re pretty known for durability and good quality, and they have – so far – made products that still hold up to such degree of expectation. For what it’s worth, I would prefer it than other brands in the market if I’d be asked to choose among the plethora of brands around.

Today, I’m flexing – yes, that’s the term I’m using right now – some of the products we’ve got from Belkin. They sent some around for our personal use, and we can’t help but share with you our experience with it and how these products helped us become more productive than usual.

Belkin Boost Up Wireless Charging Stand

Belkin 14

  • Pioneer in technology and innovation for over 35 years
  • #1 third party maker of wireless charging accessories*
  • Designed to protect smartphone functionality while charging
  • Universal compatibility to charge all Qi-enabled smartphones
  • Sleek design and thoughtful engineering create a superior, long-lasting product
  • Choose from 2 different colors to suit your style

You get what you truly pay for. It can charge from 5W to 10W, subject to compatibility. I’ve used the following smartphones on this charger: Samsung Galaxy S10+, iPhone XS Max, Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei Mate 30 Pro. All these products support wireless charging to boot, and the Belkin Boost Up Wireless Charging Stand definitely performed way better than I expected. Fully charging the Huawei smartphones and Galaxy S10+ is faster than iPhone XS Max, and that’s probably because of its full compatibility with Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 and Huawei’s SuperCharge technologies.

Belkin 26What’s even interesting about this is its design. It’s designed to be able to charge smartphones in two orientations: landscape or portrait. This means that you can just usually place it in portrait mode if you’re up to monitor incoming notifications, or place it in landscape mode if you wish to autoplay your favorite games or watch movies while charging the smartphone. Be it for productivity or entertainment, charging your phone with this wireless charger won’t leave you hanging (pun intended).

Belkin Boost Charge Power Bank 10k with Lightning connector

Belkin 30There are other power banks available, which also features 10000mah pack, but you can never go wrong with Belkin’s Boost Charge Power Bank 10K with Lightning connector. If you’re daily driver is an iPhone XS or XS Max, this can charge it at 12W at 2.5A.

What’s interesting about this is the Lightning Connected built-in to the power bank is proven to be a useful feature. With this feature, you don’t have to bring 2 cables for charging the power bank and your iPhone. You can just simply bring 1 charging cable to charge both devices.

The cable itself is made of DuraTek, which is designed from materials that are tested to last for a long time. The Kevlar fibers have an abrasion-resistant nylon exterior that ensures the cable’s safety from damage.

Belkin 1.2M Universal Cable

This is part of of my everyday carry! Belkin’s 1.2M Universal Cable is the only cable you would need if you own multiple devices. Did you know that you can even charge 3 devices (with 3 varying connector) with this cable? Yes, charging load would be spread out among the 3 devices, but that’s proven to be very effective if you wish to leave all devices charging at one go.
