Slimmer than Ever

Agua-Iceberg-Slim

MyPhone Agua Iceberg Slim is a smartphone that you can easily fall in love with. The Rose Color gold I got looks very elegant! Yeah, most phones nowadays have such color; and having such color available on the Iceberg Slim line is an awesome thing!

A non-removable aluminum metal casing protects the back of the device.  The display of the Iceberg Slim has a 1280 x 720 resolution with an extra-high density of 320 ppi . At 4.7 inches, its display is much larger than the original MyPhone Agua Iceberg which has a 5.5 inch screen. It is also thinner than the Iceberg having only a thickness of 7.8mm, which suggests that you can carry the Iceberg Slim anywhere inside your pockets without any hassle.

Notification Light? Check!

Yup! You read that right! The notification light of the Iceberg Slim is located beside the headpiece of the device.

Awesome Camera

It is remarkable that cameras on affordable phones have vastly improved. MyPhone’s camera is totally not an exception. Its main 8 megapixel camera and secondary 5 megapixel camera capture stunning photos. Colors are rendered almost perfectly and the level of saturation is just enough.

It also comes with LED flash which is very helpful when taking a picture with low-light condition. More importantly, you could get different options of the camera, which is made possible by its camera software’s features.

Performance is not bad at all

With a benchmark score of 5351 points from the Quadrant Benchmark app, the Iceberg Slim expresses the true power of quad-core. Clocked at 1.3 Ghz Quad core processor (Mediatek 6582), 1 GB of RAM, and graphics powered by Mali 400, the Iceberg Slim is truly a powerful media device. High graphical consuming games like NBA 2k14 and Asphalt 8 can be played at ease without lags and whatnot.

A stereo speakers can also be found at the back of the device. It is as clear and loud as I wanted it to be and  playing music with Spotify and some games can be actually very good if you are hearing quality sound.

Android 4.2.2 Jellybean is present inside the Iceberg Slim. Thousands of applications are available at Google Play Store to maximize your entertainment needs.

Telephony

Dual Sim feature is also available with the Iceberg Slim. Definitely, this feature made things easy for me. With regards in accessing the web with 3G, the Iceberg Slim has an HSDPA+ connectivity giving you a fast and super reliable internet performance.

Battery

unnamed

The Iceberg Slim has 1,800 mAh battery but its performance is far better than I expected. With Wifi turned almost a day and texting all day, it is still at 36%. However, the battery of the device is non-removable and if ever you are wondering in where should you place the external microSD card and your second sim, take a good look at this picture.

The MyPhone Agua Iceberg Slim definitely caught my eye at first glance. Rose gold accent color around the device is astoundingly beautiful. The good thing here is that the performance of the Iceberg Slim didn’t let me experience any lags plus its camera captures crisp and sharp photos. The slim size made me comfortable to handle and carry it anywhere. I would definitely use the MyPhone Iceberg Slim in the coming weeks. Good job on this, MyPhone!

NOTE: A Jellycase, priced at 100 pesos, is already available at all MyPhone outlets.
