History
The founder, Kei San Pablo, is a registered nurse with the dream of becoming a doctor. Earning just about Php7,000 a month, she looked for an additional source of income to save up for medical school. Upon learning about the site Odesk.com, she then signed up for an account and landed her first project in January of 2009 at the rate of $0.50 per hour. After a few months, she realized that she can earn as much as twice as she gets from the hospital, she resigned and went to work online full-time.
From a simple data entry provider, Kei has evolved as a Business Outsourcing Consultant and provider. Working in the outsourcing industry for almost 5 years now, she was able to create a foundation of good relationship with her clients, which in turn recommended her services to friends and colleagues.
Having more than enough work for herself, she decided to build her own team and start her own company, The K Squad Outsourcing Solutions. With the vision of connecting global business with Filipino talents, she aims to create an organization where every member has an opportunity to grow and achieve work-life balance.
