XPENG Philippines officially launched on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, with a six-variant lineup across the XPENG X9 and XPENG L03. Prices start at PhP1,548,000. It is the company’s first direct subsidiary in Southeast Asia.
The launch drew 3,000 guests, including media, content creators, and industry partners. Actress and television host Anne Curtis was introduced as the brand’s official ambassador.
XPENG also showed its X2 flying car and IRON humanoid robot alongside the two production models. GP previously reported that XPENG raised over USD 900 million for its robotics division, led by IDG Capital.
“Tonight, Filipino customers saw the full range of choices behind our Philippine debut, from the space and comfort of the XPENG X9 to the different electric driving options offered by the XPENG L03,” said Katoon Su, Country Manager of XPENG Philippines. “We are pairing these vehicles with comprehensive ownership support and a growing dealer network because the customer experience after the launch matters just as much as the technology presented on stage.”
XPENG Philippines Reveals Two X9 Variants
The XPENG X9, the brand’s seven-seat MPV, arrives in two Long Range variants. The X9 Long Range costs PhP3,858,000, while the X9 with the Second Row Premium Seat Package costs PhP4,058,000.
The Premium Seat Package adds four-way powered headrest adjustment and a 16-point massage function. The standard X9 Long Range uses Zero-Gravity seats split by a central aisle, with a walkway between the second and third rows.
Both variants share a front-wheel-drive electric system with 235 kW and 450 Nm, paired with a 110 kWh battery rated for up to 615 km on the WLTP cycle. XPENG says the X9 can charge from 10 to 80 percent in about 12 minutes on a DC fast charger. Active rear-wheel steering gives it a 5.4-meter turning radius, and the third row folds beneath the floor at the touch of a button. Colors are Midnight Black, Arctic White, and Matte Gray, with Silver Frost by special order.
XPENG L03 Launches in Four Variants
The L03 SUV coupe debuts with four variants. The EV Standard Range is PhP1,548,000, the REEV is PhP1,598,000, the EV Long Range is PhP1,698,000, and the EV RWD Long Range Ultra is PhP2,058,000.
The Standard Range uses a 58.3 kWh battery for up to 445 km. The Long Range and Long Range Ultra both use a 71.1 kWh battery, good for up to 520 km and 480 km respectively. The Long Range Ultra adds front-seat massage, an upgraded sound system, and more intelligent driving hardware.
The REEV pairs a 37.2 kWh battery with 215 km of pure electric range and an onboard engine that generates electricity rather than driving the wheels, for a combined WLTP range of up to 1,017 km. All four variants drive the rear wheels and charge from 10 to 80 percent in about 20 minutes on DC. Every L03 has a five-seat cabin, 539 liters of luggage space, and a 15.6-inch central touchscreen.
Ownership Packages, Reservations, and Delivery
X9 buyers get five years of free preventive maintenance and roadside assistance, a five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, an eight-year battery and motor warranty, and a 7kW wall charger. The L03 gets two years of free preventive maintenance with the same roadside assistance and warranty coverage, plus a 7kW wall charger for EVs or a 3.5 kW portable charger for the REEV.
Reservations are PhP25,000 for the X9 and PhP10,000 for the L03 through @xpengphilippines on Facebook and Instagram, or at XPENG Greenhills, XPENG Makati, XPENG North EDSA, and XPENG Cebu. Deliveries begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, and availability may vary by model, variant, color, and dealer allocation.
