Samsung‘s next flagship chipset, the Exynos 2700, has surfaced in a new Geekbench AI listing, revealing higher CPU clock speeds than earlier samples.

Unlike previous April tests capped at 2.88 GHz, this latest listing demonstrates an unlocked 1+4+1+4 quad-cluster configuration, with the prime core reaching an impressive 4.24 GHz. This significant leap puts the Exynos 2700 in closer competition with the frequencies of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chips.

The test device, running Android 17 with approximately 11GB of RAM, retains the same S5E9975 engineering tag as earlier leaks. Notably, the CPU identifier points to Arm’s unannounced “Canyon” core.

Expected to be manufactured using Samsung’s 2nm process (SF2P), the Exynos 2700 is slated to power the upcoming Galaxy S27 series. While these elevated clock speeds showcase immense performance potential, tech experts caution that engineering samples may not reflect final retail silicon.
