Garmin has unveiled the CIRQA Smart Band, its first screen-free smart band designed for users who want continuous health and fitness tracking without the distraction of a display. The device is built to support a healthier lifestyle while keeping attention on the user’s day, and it does so without requiring a subscription. It can deliver up to 10 days of battery life and offers around-the-clock monitoring via the Garmin Connect app.
Product Design

The CIRQA Smart Band focuses on comfort, discretion, and flexibility. Its inconspicuous design is meant to minimize distractions while still capturing important health and performance data throughout the day and night. The band weighs just 20 grams and also has a 5 ATM water rating, making it suitable for daily wear, recovery tracking, and sleep monitoring.
Garmin is offering the band with a fabric strap in Black, French Gray, Captain Blue, and Mauve. Additional accessory bands in French Blue, Citron, and Dark Olive will also be available for users who want more ways to personalize the look. The device can be worn around the wrist or as an upper arm band via an optional accessory sold separately, depending on activity needs or sleeping preferences.
Health Monitoring

CIRQA Smart Band is designed to provide a fuller picture of overall wellness when worn day and night. It tracks wrist-based heart rate, Body Battery energy monitoring, Pulse Ox, stress, skin temperature, and more, with the data accessible immediately in Garmin Connect. The band can also sync health and activity data across compatible Garmin devices for a more complete view of their progress within the Garmin ecosystem.
The band provides sleep stage breakdowns, a sleep score, guidance on optimal sleep duration, heart rate variability, respiration data, and nap detection. These tools provide a way for users to better understand recovery and sleep quality without adding extra complexity to the experience.
Fitness Features

The smart band offers a broad set of workout tools. It can manually track more than 80 activities, including running, walking, and yoga. Users can start a favorite activity by tapping the single side button. Advanced training metrics such as training readiness, HRV status, VO2 max, and training status also help users judge workout intensity and training effectiveness.
Other fitness features include workout benefit and recovery time, connected GPS via a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone, and LiveTrack location sharing for real-time updates with friends and family. The device is built to adapt over time as users confirm or edit their recorded activities in the app, improving future classification.
