vivo has just unveiled the vivo V70 Elite in India, the most powerful device of the vivo V70 series. The device is said to offer flagship-level performance with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 at the helm.

The vivo V70 Elite is built around a 6.59-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED panel. It is said to offer up to 5000 nits peak local brightness and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. A 50MP front ZEISS group selfie camera is housed in a punch hole on the top center.

Around the back, it boasts a 50MP Sony LYT-700V main camera, joined by a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x telephoto lens and an 8MP ultrawide snapper.
The aforementioned Qualcomm chipset is joined by up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The Elite device is also equipped with a 6500mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for 90W wired charging.

The smartphone is also certified with an IP68 and IP69 rating. Additionally, vivo has promised support for 4 major Android upgrades and 6 years of security updates.

Pricing and Availability

The vivo V70 Elite is offered in India in three colors, namely Black, Red, and Sand Beige. It is available in three configurations, priced at:
- 8GB+256GB – INR 54,999 (around PHP 35,200)
- 12GB+256GB – INR 56,999 (around PHP 36,400)
- 12GB+512GB – INR 65,999 (around PHP 42,200)
The device will begin official sales in India on February 26. In the Philippines, the vivo V70 series will soon be introduced. It is uncertain if the Elite will debut here as well, though.
