TechLife launched the TechLife Pad Neo SE in the Philippines on October 28, 2026, at an SRP of PhP8,999. Vouchers on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop bring the tablet down to PhP7,099, and the TechLife Pad Neo SE price drop arrives with a bundle offer that runs until early January.
That PhP1,900 gap is the commercial story. The hardware was already laid out in our earlier look at the Pad Neo SE, so what changes today is that families can finally buy it, and that the discount is tied to an online checkout rather than a shelf.

TechLife Pad Neo SE price: PhP8,999, or PhP7,099 With a Voucher
The Pad Neo SE retails at PhP8,999. The PhP7,099 figure applies to voucher-backed purchases on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, so a buyer paying at a counter pays the full SRP. The release also notes that vouchers apply to participating online platforms, which means the discount is not guaranteed on every listing.

Positioning is worth noting. TechLife’s own store lists the older 10.1-inch Pad Neo at PhP8,999 for its 128GB configuration, so the new SE lands level with the tablet it sits beside rather than above it. The smaller 8-inch Pad Mini, which launched in August at PhP9,999, still sits higher.
The trade is straightforward: PhP1,900 off in exchange for buying through an app, applying a voucher, and accepting whichever free item is in stock.
A 10.1-inch Learning Tablet on Android 16
The Pad Neo SE is built around a 10.1-inch Eye Comfort Display, which TechLife says gives children more room for homework, reading and online classes while keeping longer sessions easier on the eyes. Dual stereo speakers cover lessons and shared viewing, and split-screen lets a parent and a child work on two things at once.

Supervision runs through Smart Parental Control working with Google Kids Space, so parents choose which apps, books, videos and learning content appear, and how long the tablet is used. The device ships on Android 16, which matters for something meant to survive several school years. Cameras are 5MP front and rear, and Google Gemini is onboard for everyday queries.
Inside is an octa-core chipset, 64GB of storage expandable to 1TB through a microSD card, and up to 8GB of RAM including memory expansion. Read that RAM number carefully: the release does not state the physical amount, and TechLife’s own listing for the Pad Neo counts expansion inside its headline figure, where 8GB means 4GB of physical memory plus 4GB virtual. Power comes from a 6000mAh battery, and the tablet comes in Space Grey, Bubble Blue and Aurora Green.

Peak Season Offers Run Until January 3, 2027
Buyers get either a free Folio Case or a free Power Bank R211 at 5,000mAh. It is one or the other, not both, and which one you get depends on availability. Those Peak Season offers run from October 29, 2026 to January 3, 2027.

TechLife is also running an online giveaway on its official social media pages starting October 29. The brand has not said what the prize pool contains or how many units it covers.
For households comparing within the lineup, the Pad Plus 2 remains the bigger 12-inch option for students, while the Pad Neo SE keeps the 10.1-inch footprint and the lower entry price.
