When we last covered the iPhone 18 Pro pre-order, neither Digital Walker nor Beyond the Box had published a single freebie. Both have now released their offers, and this is the follow-up we promised. Here is exactly what the three stores in the group are bundling, and what a customer actually has to do to get it.
One iPhone 18 Pro pre-order bundle, three stores
This is the part worth understanding before comparing stores, because it is widely misreported. Beyond the Box, open_source by Beyond the Box and Digital Walker are running a single, common pre-order gift bundle, not three competing ones. Every in-store pre-order through any of the three is entitled to it.

The Premium Gift Bundle is itemised with its own retail values, which is uncommon and makes it easy to check:
- Urbanista Malibu Bluetooth Speaker, PhP8,990
- Momax 1-Vibe Bottle Magnetic Wireless Speaker Flask, PhP3,490
- Bellroy Lite Tech Kit, PhP3,190
- Function101 Smart Charger 45W, PhP1,190
- Momax Soma Zero Magnetic Case, PhP990
- Momax Glass Pro+ Ultra HD Screen Protector, PhP990
- Function101 MagSafe Loop, PhP990
- Momax Glass Pro+ Camera Lens Protector, PhP690

Those lines add up to PhP20,540, while the group headlines the bundle at PhP20,520, a PhP20 gap. We report it as the group totals it rather than doing our own arithmetic.

The three extras that push it past PhP28,000
The bundle is the floor, not the ceiling. Three additional offers apply depending on how and when you buy:
- Activation Gift, PhP1,790. Claim and activate your device in store on October 16 or 17 during mall hours and you get a Native Union Tote Bag, valued at PhP1,790.
- Queue Perk Bundle, PhP6,470. This one is limited to the Midnight Pre-Order events at Beyond the Box Opus Mall and the Digital Walker Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center. It includes an Adam Elements Vionta C2 10,000mAh power bank at PhP2,990, a NowGo F6 Speaker at PhP2,490, and an Aecooly Handheld Fan at PhP990.
- Double TechBites points. Qualified purchases during the midnight event earn double points on the group’s TechBites loyalty programme.

Bundle, activation gift and queue perks together come to PhP29,300 before TechBites points. That is where the “over PhP29,000 value” figure in the event announcements comes from, and it is accurate, with one condition.
The condition is real, though. The Queue Perk Bundle requires attending a midnight event at one of two venues and presenting a wristband, the receipt and a government ID. Walk into a branch and you get the PhP20,520 bundle and the activation gift, but not the PhP6,470.
What each store adds on its own
Because the gift bundle is shared, the real differences are in the mechanics and the channels rather than the freebies.
- Digital Walker hosts its midnight event at the Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center, one of only two venues handing out the PhP6,470 Queue Perk Bundle.
- Beyond the Box hosts the other midnight event, at Opus Mall, and adds the online channels: its own website, ShopeeMall and LazMall. Lazada buyers get an extra PhP500 voucher for the first 100 customers, and Shopee buyers get a voucher on activation at delivery. Website and Shopee pre-orders carry a gift bundle the group values at over PhP19,000, which is smaller than the in-store PhP20,520 because the 45W charger is not in the online list.
- open_source by Beyond the Box participates in-store on the same terms as the other two. The group has published no store-exclusive freebie for it this round, and we are not going to imply one exists.
That is the honest answer to the question most people are asking. Choosing between these three stores purely on freebies gives nothing to choose between them this year. The real difference is convenience and whether you will queue overnight.
How to pre-order, and the PhP5,000 reservation
In-store pre-orders run October 2 to 15 during mall hours, first come first served, against units already on their way to each branch. You give your details through the group’s portal with staff on hand to help, then either pay in full by cash, card, instalment or a financing partner, or place a PhP5,000 reservation fee.
That fee is worth understanding properly. It is non-refundable and has to be paid in cash or by straight credit card charge, so instalment and bank promotions cannot be stacked onto it. It counts as partial payment against your final price and is deducted when you settle, but you have to clear the balance by October 16 during mall hours or the fee is forfeited to the retailer. You also sign a waiver for the downpayment terms, and you cannot settle the balance at the midnight launch event itself.
Two restrictions catch people out. Only the customer named on the order can claim the unit, since authorised representatives are refused even with a letter, and photocopies or phone screenshots of a government ID are not accepted.
Claiming dates, and the back order route
Units pre-ordered October 2 to 13 are claimable from October 16 during mall hours. Order on October 14 or 15 and pickup takes 14 to 21 working days, with provincial stores longer again. Website orders from October 2 to 13 ship from October 16 as early as 6 a.m.; October 15 and 16 orders ship from October 20.
If your colour and storage combination has sold out there is a back order route, and it is the one place patience is rewarded: an order inside the October 2 to 15 window still qualifies for the full gift bundle, and still enters the Live Beyond Grand Raffle. But the group estimates 12 to 17 weeks for units to arrive, and the balance must be settled on claiming or the reservation fee is forfeited after seven days’ notice.
The fine print that decides whether you actually get the freebies
The gift bundle carries conditions that are easy to miss. Each pre-ordered unit comes with one bundle, the freebies cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, colours vary and cannot be chosen, and they carry a seven-day warranty only, except the tote bag and the Bellroy Lite Tech Kit.
Most important is the clock. The bundle must be claimed within 60 days of the pre-order window closing; after that the items are forfeited to the retailer, though you may still collect the phone you paid for minus the gifts. Items with lithium batteries, which includes the Urbanista speaker, need an extra two weeks to reach provincial addresses.
None of the three has published its own peso pricing, because all are selling at Apple’s set prices rather than undercutting them. Instalments run over 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months on participating banks, alongside BoxTrade trade-in credit, Home Credit, GCash, GoTyme and Billease. The full price ladder is in our earlier report.
The complete terms, including the full claiming schedule, are on the Beyond the Box pre-order FAQ. For the flagship itself, see our Galaxy Z Fold8 coverage if you are weighing the Pro against a foldable.
