The Palawan Group of Companies has launched “Palawan for All,” a campaign that brings its expanding range of financial services together under one commitment: making financial solutions more accessible and relevant to Filipinos at different stages of life.
The initiative was unveiled during a media gathering in Makati as the company marked its 41st anniversary. It represents Palawan’s continued expansion beyond its established pawning and remittance businesses, with services now covering digital payments, microinsurance, credit, business support, and wealth-building options.
Combining Branches and Digital Services
Palawan is describing its approach as “BrickTech,” combining the reach of its physical network with the convenience of digital platforms. It has more than 3,800 branches nationwide, which remain important touchpoints for its customers, or “sukis.”

Its digital services are delivered via PalawanPay, an e-wallet that has 23 million users and counting. Using the platform, customers can send money, pay bills, make QR Ph payments, renew pawn transactions, and access other everyday financial services using their phones.
The combination of branches and digital channels gives customers greater flexibility. Filipinos can continue to transact through familiar physical locations or use mobile services based on their needs and circumstances.
Expanding Financial Options
The Palawan for All campaign brings together services designed to address a wider range of financial priorities. Palawan ProtekTODO provides microinsurance, while Palawan Gold and Palawan Pawnshop Jewelry offer options focused on building and preserving wealth.
For entrepreneurs and customers pursuing financial goals, Palawan for Business and Palawan Credit provide additional solutions. These services complement the Group’s traditional remittance and pawning businesses, creating a broader portfolio for sending money, managing expenses, protecting families, supporting businesses, and planning for the future.

Bobby L. Castro, Chairman and Founder of the Palawan Group of Companies, said the organization’s growth is grounded in the trust of generations of Filipino customers. He described affordability, reliability, and accessibility as continuing commitments of the company.

Karlo M. Castro, President and Chief Executive Officer, said Palawan has continued evolving as customers’ needs change. He added that the Group aims to make financial services more understandable, convenient, and relevant to everyday life.

Partnership with Marian Rivera

The launch also marked another year of Palawan’s partnership with Marian Rivera, who is entering her second year as the company’s brand ambassador.
Rivera said Palawan has grown alongside Filipino families and noted how financial transactions have changed from branch-based remittances to digital services. She highlighted PalawanPay’s ability to support money transfers, payments, pawn renewals, and other everyday transactions.
The partnership reflects shared values involving family, hard work, trust, and genuine care for Filipino customers. With Palawan for All, the Group is presenting its services as a unified financial platform for Filipinos navigating different personal and business priorities. Its “Matatag, Maaasahan, at Mapagkakatiwalaan” commitment remains central to the campaign.
