Samsung’s First Clip-On Earbuds, “Galaxy Able”
The open-ear design, which allows users to hear their surroundings while listening to audio, has surged in popularity through competitors like Bose and Shokz. Historically, Samsung has assigned similar ideas to sub-brands like JBL and AKG.

The decision to release the Galaxy Able under its main brand showcases the company’s commitment to the growing clip-on earbud trend.
The leak, first spotted by users on X (formerly Twitter), not only revealed the “Galaxy Able” name but also confirmed the upcoming arrival of the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. All of these devices are expected to be officially unveiled at the company’s launch event on July 22.
