The Xiaomi 17, which made its debut in China last September, is finally rumored to be heading to global markets. A recent tip suggests the flagship device will see an international launch, including an arrival in India, as early as January 2026.

A Xiaomi device believed to be the global variant (model number 25113PN0EC) was recently sighted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. The listing confirms the phone runs on Android 16 and features 12GB of RAM.
Moreover, it is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 system-on-a-chip, achieving benchmark scores of 3,176 in single-core and 10,010 in multi-core tests.
The global Xiaomi 17 is anticipated to maintain the premium specifications of its Chinese counterpart. These include a 6.3-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, users can expect a triple-camera system with 50MP rear cameras and a 50MP selfie cam. Powering the experience is a massive 7,000mAh battery, supported by 100W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities. Xiaomi has yet to confirm the launch timeline officially.
