The Nothing Phone (3) is now official! Yes, you read that right. After much fanfare, leaks, and teasers, Nothing has officially taken the wraps off its first flagship smartphone. It has a plethora of upgrades from its predecessor, as well as new features.
Along with the Nothing Phone (3), the company also introduced its first-ever headphones, the Nothing Headphone (1). You can read our article on that here.
Nothing Phone (3)
The Nothing Phone (3) debuts the new Glyph Matrix that is designed for productivity and focus. The Glyph Matrix is the evolution of the iconic Glyph Interface in the Phone (1) and Phone (2). From LED light strips, it has evolved into a circular microLED module around the back that projects light.

Among its uses are:
- App-specific signals
- Real-time status
- Contact avatars
- Glyph Toys that include Glyph Mirror, Spin the Bottle, Digital Clock, and more
- Camera Countdown
- Glyph Torch
- Volume Indicator
- Recording Light
At the helm, the Phone (3) is powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset that is said to deliver 36% better CPU, 88% better GPU performance, and 60% faster AI processing than the Phone (2). It is backed by a 4300mm² vapor cooling chamber that is said to reduce chipset temperature by up to 14°C.

The device is built around a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1600nits. Meanwhile, for optics, it features four 50MP cameras:
- 50MP main (1/1.3-inch sensor, f/1.68 aperture)
- 50MP periscope telephoto (up to 6x zoom)
- 50MP ultrawide (114º FOV)
- 50MP front camera
The camera is backed by TrueLens Engine 4 and supports AI Semantic Segmentation. It also has personal presets and supports video shooting of up to 4K at 60fps.
