As part of its expansion into AI-powered wearables and real-time communication tools, Acer Gadget has announced the Acer FreeSense Ring and Acer AI TransBuds at Computex 2025.
Acer FreeSense Ring
With a blend of sophisticated design and advanced biometric sensing for everyday health monitoring, the Acer FreeSense Ring boasts an ultra-lightweight titanium alloy construction, and is able to track metrics which include heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels, and sleep quality.
Data points are analyzed using a companion mobile app, which then gives you wellness insights and suggestions. It can also do sleep stage analysis and continuous tracking to encourage protective health management and lifestyle awareness.
All health data is accessible to users without any additional subscription fees, making the Acer FreeSense Ring a reliable companion for daily wellness.
Acer AI TransBuds
The lightweight and compact Acer AI TransBuds can connect to a smartphone or tablet via a plug-in receiver, and allows for real-time two-way voice translation using AI-based speech recognition and semantic analysis.
For effective translation, only one person needs to wear the earbuds. This makes the device ideal for casual conversations, meetings, livestreams, or online study. There’s also support for live captions and transcription, as well as 15 major languages across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
Acer eMobility Showcase
Acer Gadget is also showcasing its latest e-scooters and e-bikes, including the Acer eScooter Series 4 Select, Series 5 Select, Predator ES Storm, and Predator ES Thunder. All are powered by 400W to 500W motors, plus adaptive brake and suspension systems. Riders can also use the Acer eMobility App to monitor performance and manages security settings.
The Predator eRanger fat-tire e-bike, which debuted at the Taipei Cycle Show 2025 is also present in display.
