Following the global debut of the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro at MWC 2025 in Barcelona, Xiaomi‘s tablet lineup is poised for significant expansion.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Max Rumors
Recent leaks from Weibo indicate the potential arrival of several new models, including a highly anticipated OLED tablet. Leaks from China suggest a 14-inch OLED variant, possibly named the Pad 7 Max, is slated for release as early as next month. This model, seen as the successor to the LCD-equipped Pad 6 Max 14 from 2023, is rumored to boast up to 24GB of RAM and 120W fast charging.
Furthermore, Xiaomi is reportedly developing two additional tablets. One is a flagship device expected to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and an OLED display. It could potentially be marketed as the Pad 7S Pro or Pad 7 Ultra. The other is an 8-inch Redmi gaming tablet powered by MediaTek’s unreleased Dimensity 9400+ processor.
