Xiaomi has commenced the global rollout of its latest operating system update, HyperOS 2.1, bringing enhanced features and optimizations to select devices. This update marks a significant step in Xiaomi’s ongoing commitment to refining its software experience.
Xiaomi HyperOS 2.1
The initial wave of the HyperOS 2.1 update is being deployed to the following seven Xiaomi devices:
- Xiaomi 14 Ultra
- Xiaomi 14T Pro
- Xiaomi 13 Pro
- Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4
- POCO X6 Pro 5G
- POCO F6
- Xiaomi 13 Ultra
This selection indicates Xiaomi’s focus on providing the latest software advancements to its recent flagship and premium mid-range models.
For a quick overview, the latest version of the operating system brings enhanced animations and user experience, including a Networkless mode for voice chats without internet connection. Xiaomi has improved device connect prompts and file transfer features. Camera improvements include better night vision, snapshot capabilities, and imaging performance across various lighting conditions.
