Smart recently launched its Junior Plan, specifically designed for families seeking to maintain connection with their children while ensuring a safe digital environment.

The Junior Plan works as a supplementary line and is exclusively available to existing Smart Postpaid subscribers with Plan 999 and above. For just PHP 499 monthly, subscribers will get a comprehensive package that includes:
- 10 GB monthly open access data
- Unlimited All-Net Calls and Texts
- Unlimited access to Khan Academy learning platform
- Unlimited access to streaming services (YouTube Kids and Spotify)
- Unlimited access to messaging applications (Messenger Kids and Viber)
- Unlimited access to Mobile Legends
Enhanced Safety Features
The Junior Plan has an integration with Smart’s Child Protection Platform, a cybersecurity solution designed to create a safer online environment for young users. This platform actively blocks access to illegal websites and filters out inappropriate content, addressing a primary concern for parents in today’s digital landscape.
Lloyd R. Manaloto, First Vice President at Smart, emphasized the company’s understanding of parental concerns, stating:

Educational and Entertainment Balance
With unlimited access to Khan Academy, children can explore subjects ranging from mathematics and science to reading and history. For entertainment and social connectivity, the plan includes unlimited access to YouTube Kids, Spotify, Messenger Kids, Viber, and Mobile Legends.
Notably, older users have the flexibility to utilize the standard versions of applications like Messenger and YouTube rather than being restricted to the kids’ versions.

Current Smart Postpaid subscribers who are eligible can register for the Junior Plan at Smart Stores across the country. The plan offers convenient management features, allowing subscribers to:
- Manage both primary and supplementary plans under a single bill
- Track usage and plan inclusions through the Smart App
