Threads to Get Web Version

When it launched last month, Threads was sort of a breath of fresh air, as it provided users with an avenue to discuss things in a fresh new platform that didn’t have the noise and clutter (yet) of, you know what.

With 100 million signups in less than a week, the app had the potential to become big. Unfortunately, the use of Threads has gone down significantly since then, and if I were to take a guess, one reason could be that it is only available as a mobile app.

A Way to Get Users Back to Threads

Now, a report has surfaced that a web version of Threads is on its way and is set to launch this week. From another source, Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri mentioned that it is in testing, but still buggy, and that it’ll be shared with everyone once its ready.

There’s still no information as to whether additional features will be available on the web version, but if this goes well, it could be a great way to get users to utilize the platform more.

What features would you like to see on the web version of Threads? let us know!
