vivo V25 Pro and vivo V25e
You are probably aware by now that the vivo V25 series is available on the market. In case you haven’t found yourself considering getting the vivo V25 Pro or the vivo V25e, allow us to give you an overview of the best features of these devices.
The vivo V25 series offers a three-pronged series: pro-design, pro-imaging, and pro-performance. I can specifically talk about the vivo V25 Pro and vivo V25e because I got to personally experience these products here at the studio. In fact, we have a very detailed video on our YouTube channel that goes over all the features of these devices.
Pro-Design
The vivo V25 Pro comes in Starlight Black and this Surfing Blue color, which uses vivo’s Photochromic Technology 2.0 to change color when exposed to sunlight or UV light. In this case, from a lighter shade of blue to a darker one. The fluorite AG matte finish makes the device resistant to fingerprints and scratches and also gives it a glittery look.
Some brands have moved to fingerprint scanners on the sides of their phones, but vivo still uses a physical power button and a solution under the screen. The camera module is called Dual-Mirror Cloud Window by vivo. It has a triple camera system inside, which we’ll talk about later.
The V25 Pro has a 6.56-inch Full HD+ 3D Curved AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth and fluid user experience, 300Hz touch sampling rate for more responsiveness, 1300 nits of peak brightness, 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut for accurate colors, and HDR10+ certification.
Now, you might ask: how about the vivo V25e?
The vivo V25e also features a Photochromic body, which gives its body a color-changing capability. Another thing you’ll notice right away about the V25e is that it’s thin and light, but still looks young and stylish. Just like the vivo V25 Pro, the back cover will change color when the phone is exposed to sunlight or any other source of UV light. This is the only smartphone at the same price that has technology that can change colors.
The body of the vivo V25e is also made with Fluorite AG matte, the same material used in the X80 series, making it look and feel premium.
The vivo V25e has a 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. It has a 180Hz Touch Sampling Rate, making it responsive to touch when playing games. Despite being the most affordable in the series, its display offers flagship quality and impressive energy efficiency.
Pro-Imaging
For the V25 series, one of the key focus areas for vivo is its cameras. The vivo V25 Pro has a 64MP GW1 Ultra-Sensing Main Camera with OIS, an 8MP Super Wide-Angle camera with a 120-degree field of view, and a 2MP Super Macro camera. The vivo V25e, on the other hand, is packed with a 64MP Main camera with OIS, 2MP Bokeh camera with an aperture of f/2.4, and another 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture. Both devices sport a 32MP Front Camera: the V25 Pro’s front camera has an aperture of f/2.5 while V25e’s front camera has an aperture of f/2.0.
Low-light photos and videos are the bread and butter of both devices. If you’re getting a vivo V25 Pro, I encourage you to take advantage of features like Super Night Mode which uses algorithms to deliver a true-to-life look to your photos; Extreme Night Vision, which illuminates even the darkest areas; Night and Bokeh Flare Portraits; and Super Night Videos. Its Hybrid Image Stabilization, which combines OIS and EIS, also does a good job of minimizing shake for videos that look as if you’re gliding. There’s also a Vlog Movie that stitches together a series of pre-shot clips to form a short movie, complete with music and effects. Also, with the vivo V25 Pro, be sure to take stunning selfies with the V25 Pro’s 32MP Selfie Camera with Eye Autofocus.
For fine-tuned shots, you can use Pro mode, and the dual-view video lets you capture from both the front and rear cameras at the same time, perfect for vlogs.
On the other hand, the vivo V25e, being the more affordable version, is not short of impressive camera features. In fact, you get some of the camera modes found on the V25 Pro on the V25e. You also get the same level of optical and electronic stabilization system, making your photo and video-taking experience as pleasant as possible. Of course, the vivo V25 Pro and vivo V25e provide better quality because of their beefed up camera megapixel counts and the addition of video recording quality features like Bokeh Flare Portrait, HDR video and 4K video recording. You will not find these benefits on the vivo V25e.

Pro-Performance
Cameras and looks are important, and so is performance. That’s why the vivo V25 Pro is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 1300 along with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It also has vivo’s Extended RAM feature, which can add up to 8GB of virtual RAM for even more performance. There’s also 256GB of storage for your music, photos, videos, and other files.
You can throw most of the popular games right now, and this phone will handle them well. There’s even a liquid cooling system that uses a Graphite Cooling Film, a Vapor Chamber, and a Temperature Equalizing Film to improve thermals and allow the device to sustain performance.
vivo V25 Pro’s Game Antenna Design ensures that you get an enhanced and stable signal in various scenarios for a better overall experience, and Game Boost Mode gives you maximum performance so you can have the confidence to really push it to the limit to achieve that victory.
The vivo V25e, on the other hand, is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Similar to the Extended RAM 3.0 feature found on vivo V25 Pro, the vivo V25e can have a maximum of 16GB RAM, thanks to the additional 8GB RAM that was taken from the ROM.
In terms of battery capacity, the vivo V25 Pro has a 4830mAh battery, while the vivo V25e has a 4500mAh battery. Both devices are compatible with fast charging: up to 66W on the vivo V25 Pro and 44W on the V25e.

The vivo V25 Series is now available nationwide through all vivo Concept Stores and Kiosks nationwide. The vivo V25 Pro costs PhP29,999 while the vivo V25e is PhP17,999. You have the option to get it at installment through the following:
