ASUS Republic of Gamers has just introduced the ROG Swift 500Hz, the world’s first 500Hz refresh-rate esports gaming monitor.

The ROG Swift 500Hz features a 24.1-inch FHD display that uses an Esports-TN panel technology. This offers 60% shorter response times than standard TN LCD displays.

The new monitor also features NVIDIA G-SYNC with the enhanced Esports Vibrance mode built directly in the firmware. Additionally, it includes NVIDIA Reflex Analyzer, allowing you to measure latency with a single click.

The monitor also allows more light to travel through the LCD crystals, giving the colors new levels of vibrancy.

“When we introduced the first 144 Hz monitor in 2012, people said the human eye can only perceive 60 frames per second. Then, when we introduced our 240 Hz monitor, they said that humans can’t perceive the difference. Today, in a market where 144 Hz and 240 Hz gaming monitors are common and standard specs, we are breaking entirely new ground with the incredibly fast ROG Swift 500Hz.”

Gavin Tsai, ASUS Display Product Manager

The ROG Swift 500Hz gaming monitor is confirmed to arrive in the Philippines soon. For more updates, visit the official ROG Philippines Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
