Sun Postpaid officially rebranded to Smart Postpaid as of April 25. This comes after it was announced that Sun Prepaid will rebrand to Smart Prepaid.
Under the rebranding, all Sun Postpaid subscribers will be able to use their current numbers, SIM, and plan inclusions while now enjoying the benefits and perks that come with being a Smart Postpaid customer.
Among these perks include Smart 5G, the country’s fastest 5G network according to Ookla. Smart 5G offers subscribers blazing-fast upload and download speeds for greater productivity and more immersive digital experiences in covered areas nationwide.
In addition, Sun Postpaid subscribers can now manage their digital lifestyle through the GigaLife App. The app is the Smart’s one-stop super app that allows subscribers to check their data, call, and text usage; view and pay their postpaid bills, and avail of postpaid offers and add-ons, to name a few.
Lastly, customers who are qualified for plan renewal can enjoy all the renewal offers and packages with Smart Signature Plans by calling the Smart Hotline at *888. Subscribers can also book an online appointment at Smart Stores nationwide.
Sun Business subscribers, meanwhile, will also soon be rebranded to Smart Enterprise Postpaid with better experiences for subscribers to be announced soon.
