Xiaomi has been preparing to unveil a Redmi gaming phone, it has been confirmed recently that it will be the Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming Edition. The latest teaser from the company reveals that the gaming-centered device scored an impressive 724,495 on the AnTuTu Benchmark.

The Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming Edition has also been confirmed to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset at the helm. In addition, it will have a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate on its display as well as pop-up shoulder triggers.
The company is set to unveil the new Redmi device on April 27 but the announcement is expected to be only for the Chinese market.
