Razer Project Hazel - 1While a face mask can be as simple as “wear and dispose of,” the folks at Razer certainly think otherwise. In fact, their newest concept product – Project Hazel, is anything but an ordinary face mask, packed with a ton of smart features.

This N95 respirator offers high bacterial filtration efficiency as well as high fluid resistance to guard against large droplets and splashes. It uses a combination of replaceable filters with detachable and rechargeable ventilators that not only regulate airflow but can also filter out at least 95% of airborne particles.

The mask brings in cool air while also getting rid of heat produced when exhaling. This, in turn, prevents CO2 buildup that may cause headaches and dizziness.

The device is waterproof, scratch-resistant, and comes with a wireless charging case with UV sterilizer. Its interior lights up so people can still see your mouth while you’re taking.

It has a built-in mic and amplifier so you can be heard properly, and two customizable RGB zones, because you know, RGB.

Project Hazel is still a concept, so there’s no telling whether it’ll really make it to the hands of consumers, but isn’t it brilliant?
