Along with the new iPhones, Apple also launched the 2019 iPad and the Apple Watch 5.
The new iPad or the 7th Generation iPad comes with a 10.2-inch retina display. It is powered by an A10 Fusion chip and is also optimized for the new iPad OS. It also adds a new Smart Connector for the new keyboard cover.
The Apple Watch 5 features an impressive new always-on Retina display. This new display can drop to as low as 1Hz refresh to save power. The battery, according to Apple, retains the same 18-hour battery life as its predecessors. The Watch 5 also comes with a native compass and a decibel reader.
As with the newer aluminum-built devices from the Apple, both the new iPad and the Apple Watch 5 are built from 100% recycled aluminum.
The new iPad is priced at the same USD 329. While the Apple Watch GPS-only model will retail for USD 399 and the GPS + cellular model comes at USD 499.
