Vivo is beefing up its Y-Series lineup once more, with the announcement of the Y12, a sub $200 smartphone that boasts a triple camera system, and a hefty battery for long hours of use.
The Y12 sports a 6.35-inch Halo FullView display with HD+ resolution, and is powered by a Helio P22 processor. You get 3GB/ 4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card slot.
The device houses a trio of rear shooters – 13MP (main), 8MP (super-wide), and 2MP (depth). Up front is an 8MP camera. It runs on Android 9 with Funtouch OS 9 on top and packs a 5,000mAh battery.
The Vivo Y12 comes in two colors – Aqua Blue and Burgundy Red. It retails in India for INR 12,490 or PhP9,250.
