ASUS has been teasing the arrival of a new smartphone on its social media page, and to date, everything points at the successor to the ZenFone Max Pro M1, which was a hit, thanks to its good mid-range specs and competitive pricing.
The teaser doesn’t give away much about the device’s actual specifications, but based on what’s in there, it will most likely have a 19:9 screen, perhaps with FHD+ resolution. The back panel sports a glossy finish and is slightly curved on the sides. The dual cameras are most likely AI-assisted, with the second one used for depth sensing.
Being a member of the Max lineup, it’s expected that this phone will come with a huge battery, perhaps a 5,000 mAh power pack, hopefully with some form of fast-charging.
The ZenFone Max Pro M1 is set to be launched in the country on December 11, where the rest of the details will most likely be revealed, including the price. Until then, stay tuned to Gadget Pilipinas for updates!
