It is difficult to forget what Xiaomi did with the Mi Mix. We can in fact probably consider it as a cornerstone for the mobile phone industry because of its unique design and craftsmanship. Today, they upped their tempo by releasing an upgraded version in the form of the Mi Mix 2S.
The image above is from our source that appears to be an AnTuTu score from Xiaomi’s latest phablet. From that score, it is right to assume that the chipset used is Snapdragon 845 with 8GB of RAM. Recently, a new leak confirms that the Mi Mix 2s will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. Aside from that, the Mi Mix 2s will be having an 18:9 5.99-inch FullScreen display.
The Mi Mix 2s has a 12MP Sony IMX363 camera sensor with dual-pixel technology. The selfie camera is back at the top right corner of the device which is a huge difference in terms of design from the previous versions of Mi Mix. The Mi Mix 2s will run in MIUI 9 with Android Oreo out-of-the-box.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is set to be launched on March 27 in China.
