Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” was already covered by many just a few days after its release. One good example would be the rendition by Ysabelle Cuevas, which has already garnered over 160,000 views.
Ysabelle is from California, and has been uploading videos for over six years. Her cover of the song “Tuloy Pa Rin” by Neocolours went viral and had 5 million views, and was awarded the 5th spot on YouTube Philippines’ trending music videos.

This 12 year old is part of the dance duo Lucky Aces, the first grand champion of ABS-CBN’s Dance Kids. If you’re in search of more feels, she also has a cover of Meghan Trainor and John Legend’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You” performed with Kyle Echarri.
Speaking of Kyle, he’s the Cebuano who finished sixth on Season 2 of The Voice Kids, and has recently released his “It’s Me, Kyle” album. His cover of Justin Bieber’s “Cold Water” and The Chainsmokers’ “Closer” should give you and your friends a nice sing-along moment.
Reese Lansangan is an Indie performer who has already established her presence as a multimedia artist, having participated in Fete dela Musique and performing at local TED talks. She’s part of the Filipino Indie-pop duo Reese & Vica, which was formed way back in 2009. They won the award for College Band of the Year from NU107, and have already released two EP’s in 2010 and 2015.
You’ll find Reese’s original and self-produced songs on her YouTube channel. You can browse through her collection of songs and find one to dedicate to that special someone, such as the song “Home” which was commissioned for the wedding of Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna.
Having participated in The Voice of the Philippines, she has a library of amazing covers such as John Mayer’s “Gravity”, and Coldplay’s “Fix You”. Both were performed alongside 2012 Philippine Popular Music Festival finalist, Keiko Necessario.
