OnePlus has unveiled the OnePlus Turbo 6 and Turbo 6V in China, a pair of Android phones with massive 9,000mAh batteries while keeping their thickness at 8.5mm and weight at 215g. The OnePlus Turbo 6 is positioned as the higher-performance model, while the Turbo 6V offers more aggressive pricing without compromising core battery and display features.
OnePlus Turbo 6 and 6V

The OnePlus Turbo 6 is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, supported by helper chips such as the Fengchi Game Kernel for pushing supported titles up to 165fps, plus a dedicated G1 Wi‑Fi enhancement chip and a touch control chip rated for up to a 330Hz touch sampling rate. It can be configured with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
The OnePlus Turbo 6V uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, retaining the touch chip but omitting the Fengchi Game Kernel and G1 Wi‑Fi chip. It has up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM, up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, as well as a large vapor chamber and multiple heat-spreading layers.
Both phones boast 6.78-inch OLED panels with 1272p+ resolution and 10-bit color support. The Turbo 6 display supports ProXDR, HDR Vivid and Xreal certifications and reaches a refresh rate of 165Hz, while the Turbo 6V panel tops out at 144Hz.

Both offer 1,800 nits of peak brightness, DC dimming and 3,840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for more comfortable viewing at lower brightness levels.
The 9,000mAh battery on both smartphones also support 80W SuperVOOC wired charging and up to 55W charging when using a PPS charger. OnePlus claims the Turbo 6 can deliver up to 10.6 hours of gaming or 22.5 hours of short video playback, while the Turbo 6V is rated for around 10.5 hours of gaming and up to 25.6 hours of TikTok viewing on a single charge.
Both phones support 27W reverse charging, which means they can double as power banks for your other devices.
On both smartphones, there’s a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, and support for 4K video recording at up to 60fps, alongside a 2MP auxiliary unit. The 16MP front camera is also capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps.
Connectivity on the Turbo 6 includes Wi‑Fi 7, while the Turbo 6V steps down to Wi‑Fi 6. Both support aptX Adaptive, LDAC, and LHDC 5.0. The USB-C ports on both devices are limited to the 2.0 standard, and there is no 3.5mm headphone jack or microSD card slot on either model.
Both devices offer water protection rated at IP66 for splash resistance, IP68 for submersion, and IP69 for hot water jets, although the exact front glass specification is not specified. There’s an optical fingerprint reader integrated under the display of both devices.
Pricing
The OnePlus Turbo 6 starts at CNY 2,300 for a 12GB+256GB variant, while the Turbo 6V starts at CNY 1,900 for the 8GB+256GB model. There’s no confirmation as to whether these devices will go global.
