Just when we thought that Nothing is done with the Phone (3a) series, it reveals that it will introduce the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite on October 29, 2025.

Prior to this announcement, Nothing CEO and Founder Carl Pei hinted that the company isn’t quite done for the year and it will introduce a device in the Phone (3) series. He added that the device is “a first for Nothing.”

This raised speculations about the introduction of the Nothing Phone (3) Pro, which technically would be a first because the flagship series has yet to have a Pro device. However, it seems like this was off by a mile.

Instead, it would be the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite. The a-series, starting with the Nothing Phone (2a) introduced globally in February 2024 and in the Philippines in March 2024, has since been the most successful series from the company, mostly because of its cheaper price point.

The announcement teased the bottom of the Phone (3a) Lite with a small circle LED blinking on the bottom right.

The a-series has historically featured fewer LED Glyph Interface lights than the flagship series. However, we don’t think the Lite will just feature that one circle. Or maybe it could?

We’ll have to wait for more teasers in the following days as the company will surely look to build hype for its first Lite device.

Meanwhile, there were previous leaks that the device will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset coupled with at least 8GB RAM.

The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite will be unveiled on October 29, 2025, at 9 PM (Philippine Time, GMT+8).
