vivo has officially introduced the vivo X300 series in China, comprised of the vivo X300 and X300 Pro, the first devices powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.
vivo X300 Series

The vivo X300 Pro is the larger of the two with a 6.78-inch 1260×2800 8T LTPO OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the vivo X300 is the smaller of the two with a 6.31-inch 1216×2640 8T LTPO OLED with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The vivo X300 series shares two 50MP Samsung JN1 shooters, on the front for selfies and around the back for ultrawide photos. Around the back, the duo features ZEISS cameras, being members of the flagship X series of vivo.

The vivo X300 has a 200MP main Samsung HPB lens as its main rear camera, accompanied by a 50MP Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto camera. The X300 Pro, on the other hand, has a 50MP Sony LYT-828 snapper with a gimbal OIS and a 200MP Samsung JPB telephoto lens.

The vivo X300 series is offered with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage alongside the Dimensity 9500 chipset.

They both share support for 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging, as well as IP68 and IP69 ratings. The Pro variant, though, has a larger 6510mAh battery, while its smaller sibling has a 6040mAh battery.

The vivo X300 series is now available in China. The vivo X300 is offered in Black, Blue, Pink, and Purple colorways, while its Pro sibling is available in Black, White, Brown, and Blue color options.

vivo has also revealed a 2.35x telephoto extender, which you can attach to the devices. It has an equivalent 200mm focal length and comes with a case and the actual lens.
