The Smart iPhone 18 pre-order is now open for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, with both handsets priced as a monthly charge inside Postpaid Plans+ rather than sold outright. Smart announced it on 2 October, the same day Apple’s Philippine pre-order window opened.
The Smart iPhone 18 pre-order covers the two Pro models for now. Subscribers can order at Smart Stores nationwide or through the online store, with the Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 following on a separate date.
What the plans cost
Both phones sit on Postpaid Plans+ 1499, meaning the device is paid off monthly on top of the plan. The iPhone 18 Pro starts at PhP3,713 per month and the iPhone 18 Pro Max at PhP4,050, with zero-interest instalments up to 24 months via select banks.
Smart says the plan includes an open-line device, the subscriber’s preferred Unli App bundle and unlimited 5G for 12 months. Renewing Postpaid subscribers get a longer runway, with options stretching to 36 months charged to the bill.

Those figures are the monthly device amortisation under a specific plan, not an outright purchase price, and Smart has published no iPhone 18 SRP of its own. The retail pricing and store gift bundles were covered in our breakdown of the three Apple resellers.
What the Smart iPhone 18 pre-order throws in
Smart stacks subscriber extras on top of the plan. Pre-orders get 18GB of free open access data valid three months, a PhP5,000 discount voucher for select Smart accessories, and 18 percent off third-party Digimap accessories.
Ordering through the Smart Online Store adds a complimentary AirTag, which is the clearest channel-specific difference in the whole promotion.

The premium tier
Smart Infinity, the carrier’s higher-end service, carries the iPhone as well. The release says Infinity offers the latest iPhone starting from Infinity Plan 5000, paired with Infinity Roam+ Plans for travel.
Infinity members who pre-order get the same PhP5,000 accessory voucher plus a complimentary PowerMac e-voucher, via their relationship manager, *800, or the Infinity pre-order page. The release does not quote a monthly iPhone figure for the Infinity tier, so there is no number to compare against the Plans+ cost above.
Apple Watch pricing and the October 9 date
The two new watches arrive a week after the phones, on October 9.
The Series 12 is priced at PhP1,521 per month at zero-interest instalment as a device add-on, or PhP28,900 as a one-time cashout with Smart Postpaid Plans+ 999. The Ultra 4 runs at PhP2,467 per month the same way, or PhP49,200 as a cashout on the same plan. Note that the watches are tied to a Plans+ 999 tier while the iPhones sit on Plans+ 1499, so the two are not bundled into one line by default.
Smart is also pushing Smart Device Link, which lets multiple Apple devices sit on one Postpaid account for PhP199 per month. The carrier has brought Apple’s wearables to its line-up before.
The fine print
The promotion carries three DTI Fair Trade permits, all registered for 2026, and runs from 2 October to 30 November 2026. FTEB-268900 covers the free data, 268909 the discount voucher and 268911 the 18 percent Digimap voucher.
