Smart Communications and its value brand TNT have launched the LiveSmart App, a platform that brings loading, bill payments and other everyday transactions into one place while opening up exclusive offers and savings for subscribers.
The app is available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and it is open to subscribers of Smart, TNT and other networks. The company says the launch answers how Filipinos are budgeting as the cost of essentials keeps rising.
What the LiveSmart App offers
Starting September 18, the date Smart and TNT mark as 9.18 in celebration of their subscribers, users get a 5% cashback when they buy load or pay a Smart Postpaid bill through the app. There are also data offers exclusive to the platform: Smart Prepaid users can get Power All 109 for PhP105, while TNT users can get Saya All 109 for PhP105.
New users also get limited-time free access to AI.Smart, the AI workspace that gathers AWS Nova, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and Thinking Machines in one interface. Claiming it takes a tap on the AI.Smart banner inside the app and a sign-up using a Smart or TNT number. The credits can be spent on generating images, building presentations, drafting documents and spreadsheets, or getting help with schoolwork and content creation.
Smart says more perks from lifestyle partners are on the way as the app grows.

The LiveSmart App runs on Smart 5G, which the company says covers everyday use such as video streaming, gaming and real-time social media sharing. Smart was also cited by Ookla for the Best Mobile Video Experience in the Philippines for the first half of 2026, with a Video Score of 72.82, the highest among mobile operators in the country.
