OnePlus has just announced that the OnePlus Nord 6 will be launched in India on April 7. The device is also confirmed to arrive with the company’s largest battery cell in the global market.
OnePlus Nord 6 – Launch Date
In addition to the confirmation of the launch date of the upcoming Nord device, OnePlus revealed some of the specs, like the chipset and battery.
It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, which is said to be capable of running several high-intensity games at 165 fps. This also confirms that the device will have a 165Hz refresh rate display.
The Nord 6 will also have two other chips, including one for faster touch response and a G2 chip for more Wi-Fi connections in low signal strength areas. These are part of the company’s tri-chip architecture
Additionally, the company confirmed that it will have a 9000mAh battery, the largest introduced in the global market.

The OnePlus Nord 6 was revealed to be offered in at least three colors – Black, Silver, and Mint. More interestingly, the silver colorway has a pattern that outlines the back panel. The back panel is also confirmed to have at least a dual rear camera setup with what appears to be an IR scanner.
With plenty of time until the April 7 launch date, we expect to learn more about the OnePlus Nord 6. Its availability in other countries is also yet to be known, as of writing this.
