The photo, shared by well-known leaker Evan Blass, shows a device with a tagline promising it to be “impossibly thin and incredibly tough.” This suggests the company is joining a growing industry trend of focusing on extreme thinness.
The leaked render reveals a sleek design that differs from previous rumors about the phone. It features a flat display, a departure from the curved screen of its predecessor, the Edge 60. The device is also shown in a striking color chosen in collaboration with Pantone, highlighted by a lime green accent button and matching details around the three-camera setup.
While the leak doesn’t reveal specific technical specifications, the emphasis on the phone’s ultra-slim profile is a key takeaway.
This design choice puts the Edge 70 in direct competition with rivals like Apple and Samsung, who have also made thinness a highlight in their recent flagship models. The partnership with Pantone further emphasizes Motorola’s focus on both style and substance for this new release.
