ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has just introduced its latest products at the ROG Launch event held on April 16 at The Corner House in San Juan City. The new offerings include new gaming keyboards, mice, headset, and microphone, WiFi 7 Gaming Routers, motherboards, graphics cards, desktop PC chassis, and the latest ROG OLED Monitors.

ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM – The Chosen One

The Swift OLED PG32UCDM, dubbed The Chosen One, boasts a 32-inch 4K QD-OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate. The third-generation QD-OLED panel delivers vibrant colors, the deepest black hues, and the brightest highlights.

It features an advanced custom heatsink for cooling to reduce the likelihood of burn-in and improve the longevity of the OLED panel.


The ROG Swift OLED PG49WCD is a 49-inch curved super ultrawide QD-OLED monitor with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 5120x1440p resolution.

The ultrawide panel features a custom heatsink and improved airflow design to reduce the risk of burn-in. It is said to cover 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and has a Delta E < 2 color difference.

The monitor also has a built-in ROG Smart KVM that automatically switches a single keyboard and mouse between two devices.


The Swift OLED PG34WCDM is a 34-inch OLED monitor with an 800R curved panel and a 240Hz refresh rate. It is G-SYNC compatible, offers a 0.03ms GTG response time, and DisplayHDR 400 True Black compliant.

The Swift OLED PG27AQDM, on the other hand, is a 27-inch OLED panel with a 1440p resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. It is G-SYNC compatible, has a peak brightness of 1000 nits, and 0.03ms GTG response time.

It also features two HDMI 2.0 ports and supports VRR on Xbox Series X and Series S consoles and VRR for PlayStation 5. The monitor features a custom heatsink and intelligent voltage optimization for better heat management.

The Swift Pro PG248QP monitor is a 24.1-inch FHD Esports-TN panel with a maximum refresh rate of 540Hz. Among its other features include:

  • Nvidia Reflex Analyzer to accurate measurements of system latency
  • NVIDIA G-SYNC Ultra Low Motion Blur 2 (ULMB 2) for enhanced motion blur reduction
  • ESS codec
  • DisplayHDR 400 certification
  • Adjustable base with retractable claws

ROG Strix XG27UCS and XG27ACS

Lastly, the Strix XG27UCS and XG27ACS which are Fast IPS panels that offer a 180Hz and 160Hz refresh rate, respectively. The two monitors also deliver 1mss GTG response time.

The duo also features G-SYNC compatibility and Extreme Low Motion Blur Sync (ELMB Sync) for tear-free gameplay. They also are DisplayHDR 400 certified and cover a wide DCI-P3 color gamut to ensure stunning HDR imagery and color performance.

Both new Strix monitors have ASUS Variable Overdrive 2.0 technology that enables dynamic altering of overdrive settings as frame rates fluctuate. They also have AI-powered GamePlus technology and Dynamic Shadow Boost feature to brighten dark areas.
