The newest modems from Qualcomm have been announced which include the Snapdragon X75 for cars, Computers, and industrial IoT, and the Snapdragon X72 for mobile devices.
Both support 5G Advanced which is what the San Diego company dubbed as “the next phase of 5G”.

With its latest architecture and QTM565 mmWave antenna module, Qualcomm’s 6th-generation modem-to-antenna solution lowers costs, board complexity, hardware footprint, and energy use.
In addition, Qualcomm RF Power Efficiency Suite and Qualcomm 5G PowerSave Gen 4 further increase battery life.
Devices that feature the Snapdragon modems are expected to launch by the end of this year.
