LG changes the game again with its self-lit pixel technology with its upgraded OLED TV line.
LG OLED offers better contrast than other TVs thanks to its new technology. It does so by turning on and off to achieve perfect blacks and infinite contrast. Additionally, it doesn’t have a light bleed and halo to further improve image quality. The technology also allows the brand’s new OLED TVs to have a better and slimmer silhouette.
In addition to better contrast, the TVs also provide top-notch color reproduction. Intertek, a global testing agency based in the UK, certified that the LG OLED displays have 100% color fidelity.
The new panel was also redesigned with an added layer of stronger emissive material that refines the wavelengths of light. This increases efficiency and improves brightness with the same amount of light input. The materials used for OLED lighting have also been changed to enhance and strengthen light intensity. The result is a brighter, sharper image, and a better viewing experience.
“We are happy to be able to deliver a different, unrivaled viewing experience to all Filipinos because of the LG OLED TVs. Self-lit pixel technology is as groundbreaking as it gets and we foresee this innovation to be key in pushing the envelope further.”
