In just a few weeks, HONOR will take part in the upcoming MWC 2022 (Mobile World Congress 2022) in-person event in Barcelona this February 28 to March 3. The company is expected to showcase its new flagship HONOR Magic 4 powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 during this event.
The HONOR Magic 4, which is rumored to be the flagship’s moniker, appeared in a Geekbench listing and is shown alongside Samsung’s new Galaxy S22 Ultra which was compared by the tipster @RODENT950. The HONOR flagship phone is shown to have bested the Samsung flagship in the single-core category by scoring 1,245 points against the latter’s 1,215 points.
In addition, The HONOR flagship phone also won in the multi-core category by scoring 3,901 against the Galaxy S22’s 3,303 points. The source confirmed that both devices have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC powering them.
