Rumored to focus on a lot of health monitoring features, the Apple Watch 8 is speculated to not have a body temp sensor according to Bloomberg analyst Mark Gurman.

Furthermore, the report says that Apple will wait for a year before it adds the body temperature sensor while the other speculated features like a heart rate and blood glucose level sensor may come out later in the decade and wait for the tech to mature.

Apple Watch 8 sports version and an all-new entry-level model may still come. Gurman’s report is expecting Apple to focus on design improvements and battery life extension for the incoming generation of Apple watches.
