OPPO has just unveiled the OPPO A53s 5G with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset, triple cameras, and a 5000mAh battery.
The A53s 5G has a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD panel with a waterdrop notch for its 8MP front sensor. Because it does feature an LCD display, the fingerprint scanner is side-mounted.
The rear camera setup has a 13MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.
Along with the Dimensity 700, the new A-series device comes with 6/8GB RAM and 128GB of expandable storage up to 2TB via microSD card.
It runs on ColorOS 11.1 on top of Android 11 out of the box. It also features dual 5G standby, Wi-FI 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

The OPPO A53s 5G comes in Crystal Blue and Ink Black colorways. The base 6/128GB variant is priced at INR 14,990, while the 8GB/128GB option goes for INR 16,990. Its availability has yet to be announced yet though.
