PayMaya, the leader in digital finances launched a new campaign to encourage Filipinos to embrace a cashless lifestyle.
“BalikBayad” highlights the cashback that users can receive when they pay using PayMaya, and features top young actors Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla and veteran actor Rez Cortez in an “action-packed” and creative video ad.
For the month of February, PayMaya users can get as much as PhP6,000 worth of cashback just by participating in various promos for bills payment, e-load, using QR to pay for goods and services, online shopping, and sending money, among others.
In addition, the brand has expanded its list of partner merchants and establishments under its PayMaya Preferred program, which gives additional cashback to customers who use the scan to pay feature with PayMaya QR or on top of the regular cashback.
Some of these partners include Landers Superstore, Mercury Drug, Robinsons Department Store, KFC, Total Alabang and Valenzuela, and Toys ‘R Us among many others.
These cashbacks can help more Filipinos in learning and experiencing how it is to pay with cashless methods such as PayMaya, and in turn contribute to the BSP’s goal of increasing the share of digital transactions in the country to 30% by the end of 2020.
Apart from monetary rewards, users are also able to save time and experience convenience when using PayMaya. Whether it be using the virtual card for that efficient online shopping experience, or transferring money to bank accounts without having to line up.
